Hi! It's so nice to meet you! We're happy to share our passion for creating places for people to enjoy life's greatest pleasures. Matt has been buying and renovating houses since he was 18, getting his start right here in the Illinois Valley. Ryan, an Architect, started quilting as a teenager and has been going on quilting retreats for more than half of her life. The Cottage is our 6th vacation rental in Princeton and our most fun project to date. We started updates in the fall of 2022 and hosted the first quilting retreat in March of 2023. We have 3 kids who keep us busy and we love spending time cooking together, hanging with friends, and exploring new places.
